With AI, there is always concern for privacy, security, and ethical implementation. ASU discussed these concerns related to generative AI and told ChatGPT Enterprise prioritizes user privacy and employs enterprise-grade security to safeguard user data. These measures are designed to protect against digital threats as well as provide a secure environment to utilize the platform’s functionalities.
ASU’s deputy chief information officer, Kyle Bowen, told the Verge, “Our faculty and staff were already using ChatGPT, and after the launch of ChatGPT Enterprise, which for us addressed a lot of the security concerns we had, we believed it made sense to connect with OpenAI.”
Open AI on partnership with ASU
