Galaxy Ring Looks and Feel

The ring feels comfortable to wear and has a slightly concave shape. The galaxy ring was shown in three different colors: platinum silver, ceramic black, and gold. Samsung earlier informed us that the ring comes in different sizes, from 5 to 13, with sizes marked through S and XL.

New Health Tracking Features to come in Galaxy Ring

The inner side of the ring consists of various sensors that will help users track sleep, heart rate, respiratory measurements, and more.

According to Samsung’s VP of Digital Health, Dr. Hon Pak, the ring will also help women track fertility with the help of the existing Samsung partner app, Galaxy Cycles.

Samsung is also coming with a new health system called “My Vitality Score“. It will give you health insights based on your heart rate, heart rate variability, activity, and sleep. The vitality score will help users determine how productive they can be on a given day.

The new system will be added to various Samsung devices, including the Galaxy Ring, the Galaxy Watch 6 series, and the newly launched Galaxy S24 series.

Users will also be able to specify health goals and receive personalized health tips and recommendations through “Booster Cards,” which are coming to the Samsung Health app later this year.
